Refund and Returns Policy

At Osme Cafe, we value quality and customer satisfaction.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images or videos).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
